Because of the boost you’ll get from H2Viva, some people report that it’s harder to fall asleep if they take it too late in the evening. We recommend that you take your first in the morning and your 2nd serving no later than 6:00 pm. Of course, everyone is different, so your experience may vary.
Prepare your H2Viva in an airtight bottle of at least 16 ounces (larger than 16 oz. is fine – you will just have to drink more to get the same benefit). Make sure to fill the bottle all the way to the top so there is no air in the bottle. Then, cap it tightly. The tablet will dissolve and infuse Hydrogen Gas (H2) into the water. Wait at least 20 minutes. You can let it sit longer than 20 minutes; many people prepare their morning bottle the night before. Remember, H2 is a gas, so it starts escaping the minute you open the bottle. Drink it as quickly as is comfortable (within 20 minutes is recommended). You can flavor it with lemon, essential oils etc.
